RVWaterFilterStore.com $500 Cash Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of RVWaterFilterStore.com (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
RVWaterFilterStore.com, 12600 Stowe Drive STE8, Poway, CA 92064, is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on September 1st, 2025 at 12:00a.m. and ends on September 30th, 2025 at 11:59p.m. (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
5. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter in either of the following ways:
a. Online Purchase Entry: Receive one (1) entry for every $1.00 spent on eligible products at RVWaterFilterStore.com during the Sweepstakes Period.
b. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, visit here and complete the entry form, or hand-print your name, address, email, and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail it to: RVWaterFilterStore.com Giveaway, 12600 Stowe Dr STE8, Poway, CA 92064. Each valid AMOE submission will receive the same number of entries as a purchase of equal value (maximum entries per person apply, see below).
Limit: Maximum 1000 total entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Automated or bulk submissions are not permitted.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive $500 awarded in the form of a check or electronic payment method determined by Sponsor (Approximate Retail Value: $500). No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor is responsible only for delivery of the prize, not for use or spending.
7. Winner Selection and Odds
Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 2nd from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and tax form (if prize ≥ $600). If potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
11. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy [insert privacy policy URL]. By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing emails from RVWaterFilterStore.com and agree that their information may be used for administration of the Sweepstakes.
12. Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of [your state], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Winner List
To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: RVWaterFilterStore.com Giveaway Winner List, 12600 Stowe Drive STE8, Poway, CA 92064, within 30 days of the end of the Sweepstakes.
