These interchangeable cartridges are
under-sink filters that are often installed by the manufacturer.

The
Pentek GS Series cartridges use granulated carbon with KDF,
and are bacteriostatic. This is the same filter that
came on your RV.

The Omnipure is a solid-block
carbon filter with a 1-micron rating, also containing KDF to
make it bacteriostatic. It is much better than any other cartridge
for these systems as it offers giardia and cryptospridium cyst
reduction. This is an upgrade from the filter that came with your RV

The fittings in your existing filter
can be removed and reused in your new filter. This is why we offer
them without fittings if you wish.
