Guarantee Your satisfaction is our goal, and we strive to provide you with the right product to meet your needs. If you find that a product you have purchased from us is not what you wanted, we will give you your money back. You may return any item for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in good condition. All filter cartridges returned for refund must be unused and in their original packaging. Please call or email us for a return notification before shipping your product. You will receive instructions on returning the item at that time. You must pay for shipping to return the item to us, and we will provide a refund of the purchase price upon receipt of the product. Warranties depend on the product and factory warranty specifications. |
| Shipping Policy We have traveled around the country full-time for over two decades, and run our business from our truck, as well as our warehouse out west and winter store in Yuma, AZ.. We found that the simplest way to ship our products is through the Postal Service, as there is always a Post Office nearby. We prefer priority mail. It is the fastest way to get your order to you without being too expensive. Since we are always moving, it is impossible to estimate the cost of shipping your order when rates are based on zones. Our estimated shipping is based on a percentage of the retail cost, which we try to keep high enough to be sure we do not go in the hole, so most of the time, we are able to reduce the cost to the actual shipping, sometimes by quite a bit. Sometimes the order is too big to fit in a flat rate priority mail box, and switching to UPS is more economical. Our first choice will be USPS with priority mail, and then UPS is a backup option. If you prefer a different type of shipping or delivery time, we welcome a phone call or e-mail. We will send by UPS if instructed to do so. We have tried, and continue to try, to keep the shipping charges as low as possible. When the actual cost is much less than the estimated cost, we will reduce the shipping actually charged. You will see the reduced shipping on the receipt we will send you, not on any notification you may receive after placing the order. We process the credit card when the order is ready for shipping and the priority mail cost can be determined. This is when any shipping cost reduction will be applied. Most customers will get a reduction, but not all. On some small orders, we may send them by first class mail instead of priority. If sent by priority, the minimum cost will be over $5. We do not charge more than the estimated cost for priority mail as it appears in the shopping cart. We will try to keep the shipping as fast and inexpensive as we can. Your receipt will, normally, be in the box with your order, but some may come directly by e-mail or first class mail.. Overseas packages will come by international priority mail, unless otherwise requested. This has the least cost in the fastest time. We will call or e-mail you for approval if the cost is higher than the shopping cart priority mail estimate. |
