Systems & Components: Drinking Water Systems
Reverse Osmosis (RO)

There are many ways to tailor an RO system for your specific needs.  Look under Drinking Water Countertop Filters to see a portable RO unit.

The standard and custom systems are designed to be installed under your sink.  They can utilize your existing filter and dispenser faucet if your RV already has one. They include an automatic and manual shut-off  valve to control the operation.  The booster pump increases the feed water pressure, and comes with a pressure switch to turn it off when the storage tank is full. The permeate pump runs off the brine flow and builds extra pressure and volume of stored water in the RO tank.

The "Boondocker Option" enables you to pull water from your fresh water tank, run it through the RO unit, and return the brine to the fresh water tank. This works quite well and doesn't waste any water.
